Unusual but interesting clause-by-clause summary in form of tables "Obligations of the Contractor", "Obligations of the Employer", and "Obligations of the Engineer" of not only the Red Book and the Yellow Book but also of the MDB Harmonized Edition, the Silver Book, the Gold Book and even the Red Book Subcontract. Good to have it in addition to the more traditional but indispensable book on the FIDIC conditions by Ellis Baker et al., and the FIDIC commentaries by Jeremy Glover / Simon Hughes, and by Brian Barr / Leo Grutters.

A very useful book summarising the obligations of the parties with respect to each of the FIDIC forms of contract. Saves a lot of time when preparing claims and ensures the key information is at hand in a concise format. I have also bought Andy's other excellent book 'Construction Claims and Responses' and cannot rate that highly enough. A 'must have' addition to the Claims Practitioner's Library.
