Quick way to set a theme up.
Loved these. We put them up the walls. In no time the room looked like the celebration we wanted.. W then we added the runners balloons. It looked great!! Add to that a large Wilton Cake in the shape of a Sneaker and you’ve got a theme ! My 40 year old son was surprised and very happy. We all had a bal!!
