Definitely not cotton. Polyester material, so slippery and not very comfortable to dry your face/hands. May be when polish go off, it can be better.

Wanted big size handkerchief as I like them that way. This one is perfect to fit into big pockets like jeans and all. It seems to be 100% cotton. However obviously the quality seems decent only and not great. But color did not fade.
