Im an herbalist by profession (for horses and dogs) and I drink a lot of relaxing teas but have never gotten into making my own capsules as "pill fillers" are a pain to use. Ive used other relaxing products like this when I want to just take a pill and go to bed...as my days are long and tiring and my back lets me know Ive overdone it on a regular basis! The reason I like this blend in particular is that while I have taken other blends that are effective, this one doesnt give me hot flashes (dont need more of those!) nor does it gives me the "burps" as some do. Have to give my daughter credit, she found these first and highly recommended them! I pair them with calcium/magnesium/zinc for a good relaxing nights sleep especially when I am dealing with very sore muscles and a cranky back.

My husband & I are truck drivers, which can be very stressful, with traffic, construction, bad directions, weather, etc. We use this to help us stay relaxed, but yet stay alert to do our jobs. If we stay tensed up all day, we end up with headaches and tight muscles in our back and neck areas. If we are in a hotel for the night, we will take 2 tablets to help us get a good night's rest. We love that the product does its job without interfering with out jobs.

Been using this for years. I only use it at bedtime for sleep. Works great. However it can also be used during the day for relaxation. Great product. And MRM is a great company.

Did not do much for me. I think it helps a little with sleep, but I did not experience any muscle relaxation during the day. I bought this because it had good reviews, so maybe it is just not for me.

Very calming 30 min or so before sleep. I wouldn't use every single day, but I believe a healthy calm if used sometimes after extra stressful days. During an especially stressful time, also took a capsule if I woke in the middle of the night. Exercise, sunshine, laughter, fun & having a great day are the very best recipe for naturally getting a good night's sleep, but sometimes life gets temporarily too crazy & you need some help. Hands down best thing I've ever used for RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome). Most nights I only take one but occasionally take a second capsule if I'm especially restless. This was recommended to me by a trusted staff member at a health food store and it works just as she said. I've been using it for over a year and will as long as RLS is a problem for me. GREAT PRODUCT and reasonably priced.
