I have had quite a bit of urinary issues. I’m only 30 but have symptoms of an enlarged prostate. Frequent urination, burning, as well as other stuff. Thought I would give this a try and have noticed a massive difference in urgency and a stronger stream. Greatly improved my quality of life. Felt like I constantly had to go. On top of this, it contains a good amount of zinc which boost’s testosterone. Also, saw palmetto is known for helping to stop testosterone be converted to estrogen. It’s like this product was a triple win for $10. I noticed I have been shedding some weight since taking this and I believe that is due to the increased testosterone. I love this product and NOW is my favorite brand.

It says in the directions take two soft gels twice daily with food. My husband takes half that and said he got good results and only having to get up to go once at the night. I tried a capsule by emptying it out in the palm of my hand since I can't take any kind of capsules. The inside is a beige colored soft stuff like a thick gravy consistency and has (to me) a nasty stale rancid taste. But I probably won't buy this again for myself. My husband says it works well for him but he has a cast iron gut. I will see how it works to strengthen my hair and follow up here.

I've been using this pretty consistently for the last month or two due to the claims that it helps with prostate health and maybe some ED issues. I can't really say that it's done much for the ED, as I haven't really noticed much of improvement, but it has seemed to have helped with the too frequent and sudden need to urinate badly. Pill size is not too big and it's super easy to swallow due to it's gel like capsule.

After a week of taking these, I slept 8 hours without bathroom break. They are working and have exceeded my expectations. I believe the Pumpkin seed oil in the formulation makes all the difference in effectiveness. They are easy to swallow and worth every penny! Thank You NOW.

So far so good. Product as expected. I didn't bite one. One got wet and leaked a little. I hate to waste it, so i popped it in my mouth and ....dang that was a mistake. The stuff inside tastes awful!
