I have been having really bad reflux problems lately and on doctor advice, started taking Prilosec (which truly does work). However, you can only take it 14 days, and long term use has some horrible side effects, like bone density loss. I'm not big on pharmaceuticals, but I'm also skeptical about the claims of natural products. I read a lot of reviews and did some research on the ingredients in this product and decided to give it a try. This is NOT instant relief. However, after one week, I noticed a big difference in how much I was dealing with acid, after two weeks, the improvement is even more. I also have added an additional probiotic to my daily routine, and I am drinking a couple Kombuchas a week (full of pro-biotics and higher in acid content). In reading about acid problems as you get older, I learned that the amount of acid in our stomach actually DECREASES with age, dramatically. So when we eat food, not enough stomach acid is present to properly digest it. On top of that, if we take products to further reduce the acid, this seems like a bad cycle to get in to. I want my digestive system to work optimally. So, probiotics, this product, and increasing some acid in my stomach is really helping. I just ordered 4 more months of this product.

I started taking these to help me manage symptoms of silent reflux. My doctors had me taking PPIs for months and while they did lessen my reflux, they were also hurting my gut and causing a host of other dangerous side effects. So I stopped them but I needed something natural to help without the side effects. I can’t say these worked for me though. They did not take the place of the PPIs and I’m now seeing a functional medicine doctor to test and find the right supplements and treatment to fix this problem naturally. While this may work for some, it’s not the right fix for me. I felt comfortable giving it a try because the company stands by their product and has a 365 day guarantee. I gave it a whole month taking it twice daily with a glass of water. I wanted to make sure I gave it enough time to work so I bought a second bottle and took it another 2 weeks but still didn’t get results. I’m going to return them now and see if the company really stands behind their guarantee. I will update if the refund process isn’t honored. Overall, I would say they definitely aren’t as harmful as PPIs and antacids (I didn’t feel side effects from this). But you may have a bigger underlying issue that this will not help. Another thing to know is that this is a BIG pill. If you have difficulty swallowing pills, don’t try this! It’s about the size of a quarter and it does take a full glass of water to get this down. I felt like it got stuck in my throat a couple time so I just kept drinking and typing down water to push it down. I also took a picture of the label so you can see everything that is in it. Don’t take for granted just cuz it’s natural.

So I don't usually review supplements because results can be different for everyone BUT I feel compelled to express my results with this product. I have been battling gerd and heartburn on and off for awhile. It's the bane of my existence and have had to change the types of food I can eat or drink which is upsetting. A month ago I found this product on the internet and gave it a try. I take one tablet after breakfast and 1 after dinner. NO heartburn. NO burning throat. NO chest discomfort. Nothing. After 30 days couldn't find it on the internet so purchased a bottle on Amazon. Forgot to take one after Thanksgiving dinner and boy did I pay for it! Heartburn until 1am. I swear I'll never go without these miracle pills again...

I been taking this for 2 weeks now with no signs of it stopping my acid reflux /burning in my stomach. I have 1 week left to finish the bottle hoping it will help by then but if not this review will stay at 1 star. Not wanting to take ppi or h2 im trying to find a healthier remedy. I have suffered from GERD, hiatal hernia and colitis. Acid reflux particularly at night has been a nightmare for years. Have spent thousands on diagnostics, Rx and PPI. Knowing that 70+% of my immune system lives in my gut, being married to a practitioner, I have tried and done everything imaginable to control and resolve this major health issue. I stopped taking PPI, because they are BAD NEWS months ago and Have only been using Sodium Bicarbonate tablets, along with restricting what and when I eat. Still, the problem has persisted! Then, 5 days ago this product arrived after I ordered it. It has been like a light switch for me. I have even eaten as late as 8:30 pm, which I never do and no reflux. I also ordered an orange peel oil supplement, which I am taking along with this as directed. Both seem to be greatly helping me. Let’s hope this continues! I am actually astonished!!!
