Processing deer just got easier!
I purchased this knife to use processing deer and it surpassed my expectations. High quality materials. Blade is very sharp and handles removal of membranes and “silver skin” superbly. The handle is very comfortable and allows you to maintain a good grip easily. Cleans up easily as well. I will be buying more of these!

Perfect knife for hunters and fishermen.
Great knife that arrived razor sharp. It was perfect for game processing from skinning to butchering. The knife’s handle fits comfortably in my hand and is easy to clean. Very strong knife with great flexibility that makes taking the silver skin off of meat very easy with zero meat loss. The Bearded Butchers have a kydex sheath for this knife that mounts to your belt that is perfect. They have one for this fibrox handle and one for the wooden handle. It holds the knife secure with no rattle and has a positive “snap/pop” when sheathing and unsheathing. THE SHEATH IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS KNIFE.

Great knife
Very well made for the money. It came out of the package razor sharp and go to work. I haven’t used it a lot so far but I know it’s going to be great. The handle is another good thing about the knife. Your don’t slip and it will for years.

Fantastic knife. Fantastic quality.
This knife is AWESOME. Razor sharp out of the box. Holds its edge long. Easy to sharpen. Extremely universal. You can do almost anything with this knife. It’s the best all around knife you can buy. Anything from cutting meat in the kitchen to using it as a butcher knife. I have 2 of these knives because they are so useful. It’s my go to knife every time. It’s flexible enough for boning and stiff enough for slicing meat thin, like flank steak for fajitas.

Great Knife But…
Although the knife is excellent, I took one star off due to having no idea which knife I received as far as flexibility. I ordered semi stiff but blade seems stiff. There is a model # on the blade but that doesn’t tell you anything. Package has no identification. I had to go to the Victorinox site and get model #’s to compare and identify. I eventually found that this model IS the semi stiff but that blade doesn’t bend at all.

Definitely a VICTORINOX
Many comments on if this knife was truly a Victorinox. While I can’t attest to others, I definitely know this one is. The logo is clearly there and the handle displays the name stamp as well. Very impressed with the quality and thickness-stiffness of the blade. The handle has the perfect amount of a grainy texture for a good firm grip when things get greasy or slippery. Very, very sharp! Good weight too, it’s not light like expected.

Excellent quality, size, and functionality.
I ordered two of these knives to use for skinning and butchering hogs. I am well pleased with the overall quality of the knives. They hold and edge well throughout the butchering process, but they need to have the edge refreshed from time to time with a sharpening steel. The size of the knives and the tapered blade make them perfect for making clean precise cuts. I believe these knives offer good quality and value for the money. If they will hold up to skinning and butchering hogs, they should be more than a match for most kitchen tasks.

This knife is just amazing, cuts meat and chicken very smoothly and is very sharp without even putting much pressure on it .

切れやすいけど厚みのある魚、例えばマグロの解体とか少し使ったけど切れ味は良かったけど刃が薄いから切れなくなると言われました。当たり前のクラッカーでした。でも解体後のさくを切るのは最高です。
