ZMSnow Laptop Tote Bag, Professional Office Work Briefcase for 15.6 Inch Laptop Computer Tablet

Original post was from about 1 month after purchase and after 1 use the zipper broke. I was totally disappointed because I really liked the look of this laptop bag! I contacted the seller since the item is 100% satisfaction guaranteed and they shipped a replacement to me. Unfortunately I had moved about that time and the replacement item was shipped to my old address and went into delivery purgatory somewhere. After trying to figure out where the shipment had ended up I contacted the company again and they promptly shipped yet another replacement to me and I received that at my new address. The company really went above and beyond to make me happy with this purchase. Picture is from the first bag with the failed zipper. Replacement bag has worked good so far, about 10 uses without any issue. I love this laptop bag!

Just the size I was looking for - fits plenty. Happy to have the shoulder strap. Could use an extra outside pocket or two. Seems nice and sturdy and stands on its own.
