I have been taking various brands of collagen for skin, hair, nails and knee joints for about four months now. This includes other GNC variations. After about six weeks, I noticed positive changes in my skin and major improvement in my nails. Accelerated my hair growth. But none of these formulations including joint specific ones did a thing for my knees, especially my left knee. The pain was so bad, I ended up wearing knee braces and going to physical therapy. (Physical therapy actually made the condition worse so I quit. An MRI of my left knee showed arthritic, wear related tearing of my meniscus, and my doctor told me I was a candidate for injections and possible surgery down the line.) But back to point: One week into using this ResVitale collagen, I noticed a drastic decrease in my knee pain! I am so pleased. Because I have been using different brands of collagen for so long now, I can't say for sure whether this improvement is a cumulative result or the direct result of my taking this one. This being said, I will be sticking to ResVitale from now on!

I'm really happy that I can buy this product on Amazon now. I am 51 years old and have had a lot of joint pains as I get older. I find when I take 2 pills a day consistently, my joint health is very improved and I can jog and exercise like I'm in my 40s again. I don't notice a lot of skin enhancements, and I guess that's just part of aging. There are tons of benefits to taking this daily for me, and I don't take any other supplements that I use. Just a decently healthy diet. (I will have McDonalds and treats still) ;)

My wife uses this product and has found it to be very effective. She has been taking it for several years and it seems to be reliably working to help fill her need for extra collagen.
