Great glass!
This is the perfect glass to drink Franziskaner out of! What you see in the picture is what you get. There is the logo on the front and that is all on the glass. Also, during shipping it was packed well so it stayed well intact when it got to my home.

Memories of Deutschland
This was my favorite beer while living in Germany. It was a nostalgia purchase. I'm glad I have them...

Not Authentic Item
I have other Franziskaner glasses, which are like the ones I have seen and drank from in the US and Germany, and this one is not the same. It doesn't have the same taper at the top and is not as tall and does not have the ornamental bottom (but it is a bit heavier). While it's an OK glass, it's not the real thing. It's just a random glass with a Franziskaner label on it (and the back says "Made in Munich" in ENGLISH rather than "SAHM", which stands for the official maker, Sahm-Rastal). Check out the picture. The authentic glass is on the right.

Best Franziskaner glass
Great glass, these Rastal glasses have a better weight and feel to them than the other Franziskaner glasses of this style. Thinner grip at the bottom, and nice base weight... Feels like you're holding a club. Logo is printed well, but a very small gap between the gold ring and black backing on mine (have to inspect closely to notice). Great glass, 4 stars only due to price and not being perfect for that price. None the less, ordering a second.

Love love love these glasses I feel like in a German pub when I drink my Franziskaner beer out of my Franziskaner glasses at home.

Pretty thin easy to shatter
This is a nice tall glass. Unfortunately due to the shape it is easy to knock over. The glass gets very thin and easy to shatter as well. Nice looking and makes a good gift especially for a beer lover.

ADMITTED SECOND HAND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
THEY WARN YOU ABOUT POSSIBLE DEFECTS TO THE IMPRINTED LOGO IN THE DESCRIPTION. THAT SHOULD ALSO BE A WARNING AS TO DEFECTS IN THE GLASS ITSELF AS I RECEIVED A GLASS WITH AN OBVIOUS 1/4" BLISTER IN THE GLASS ITSELF. THS IS JUST A SECOND HAND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT TAKEN AS A 2ND FROM THE REJECT LINE RATHER THAN A QUALITY PIECE OF GLASSWARE. THIS GLASS IS MORE SUITED AS A TARGET ON A SHOOTING RANGE THAN A FINE BAR GLASS FOR A PREMIUM BREW. I HAVE REORDERED MORE HIGH END REPLACEMENTS FROM ANOTHER VENDOR.
