Bought this belt to help with my squats and deadlifts, and it works really well. The leather feels sturdy but still comfortable, and it gives solid lower back support without being too bulky. The buckle is easy to adjust and stays locked in place. Definitely helps me lift heavier with more confidence. Good quality for the price!

I feel most belts are too wide for my short torso. This belt is stiff but still flexible enough to mold with the shape of my back. Comfortable/still can breathe when I tightened it and supportive the whole time. I almost forgot about my low back pain during my leg day focus cross fit class.

This belt was a life saver, I had back surgery in December and struggled with form and posture. This belt helped keep my back safe and secure and I was able to get back into it safely and correctly. This is the first weight lifting belt I have ever bought. I got into weight lifting about three years ago, and I squat pretty heavy. My max is 175lbs. I’m 5’2 and 110lbs. My waist is 25” and hips are 36”. When I saw this product, I thought to myself “omg perfect! It’s pink!” My favorite color! Super cute! I have used it for about five of my workouts ever since it got shipped to my house. It works really well. I adjust it to the tightest fitting. Definitely supports my back while I’m squatting as well as doing deadlifts. I looked at reviews for other weight lifting belts and this one was the best! I would definitely recommend this product to friends and to you as well:) I reached out to the company’s Instagram, and they were nice enough to ship me a free gift of wrist wraps!
