Good value and good sturdy quality
It's a nice size, good rigid blade and sturdy handle. I've been using it for over a year and it's perfect for handling sticky sourdough bread dough.

Sturdy and is what we wanted

Useful tool for sour dough
It arrived looking a little rusty for stainless steel. However it hasn’t become any more so and it works brilliantly.

Great tool
Didn't realised how much this helps cutting dough, adding tension on sourdough breads etc... Great tool, I'd definitely buy it again.

Too Heavy to use
This is a badly constructed and very heavy item. I couldn’t use it. It was around £6 to buy so can’t expect anything better at that price.

Good size, sturdy
I use this for cutting my pizza and bread dough. Nice and sturdy with a good grip/handle.
