Purchased these active iorn for women 2 weeks ago. Due to a health condition I don't have an appetite but I do try to eat at least twice daily. But for last 4 weeks I have been feeling lethargic aswell as dizziness and headaches and I knew I was suffering with iorn defficientsy as had suffered with it in the past. I was dreading the thought of taking iorn tablets as I suffer with IBS and with iorn supplements they can make you feel constipated. I so happy I found these active iorn for women as around the 7th day i was not falling asleep for hours during the day and dizziness and headaches has stoped but best part I slowly was feeling more energy and not that horrible lethargic feeling. They are little bit more expensive then other iorn supplements brands from amazon it pays off paying little more extra. I'm so happy I found this supplement. And very good delivery and thank you seller. (Only negative issue I have is with the green capsule as smells and tastes vile I can't take it with water or juice I need a stronger taste like coffee when I take the green capsule) as 😀

Excellent product. Is game changer for me. I am ordering it for long time. Very improved immunity, no more fatigue and dizziness, periods are lighter then it was before taking it. Supplements are pricy but worth every penny and often have discount. 5 stars from me.

After finishing one pack, in general i feel so much better in myself and the results came within days. My health in general has been better (I am a serial cold sufferer), and the energy I have now is incredible in comparison to before. Before taking these tablets, I was lethargic all the time and regularly needed naps to get through the day. I am so glad I started to take these, and when I went to my pre booked doc appt he said keep going with these if they make that much of a difference, rather than doing the scheduled blood tests for anemia (I am NOT a medical professional so if you think there is genuinely something wrong still always get checked out!!). The mix of b vitamins and the iron really helps together. The downside to them is that they taste FOUL (particularly the pink tablet) so I recommend taking them with something flavoured, and they're a little large, so if you're not used to taking vitamins or medications, these might not be the ones for you. Despite the taste (something you come to expect with this kind of thing anyway), I cannot fault them. I feel so much better and I wish these particular ones were on subscribe and save, as I truly think getting the 2 types of vitamin in one pack like this gives insentive to just take them both, meaning you get far more benefits than just a general iron supp or b vit supp. I'd recommend these to any female, especially if she regularly gets tired and lethargic, or has a heavier period especially.

This product works. I took this as someone with PCOS, and I've felt great ever since. I'm now less tired during the day and I've had less hair shedding. It may be pricey but it works! It also doesn't taste bad. I've had clearer skin too since I started using it.

Great product

Tried these as I have slight anaemia and the GP prescribed ones upset my stomach, unfortunately after 5 days these had the same effect, toilet dashing, they are rather large but easy to swallow and have no real after taste they stink in the packet.

Got these as feeling low in energy, in particular during my time of month. Due to blood loss I thought an iron supplement might help. These are brilliant. More energy and really gentle on the stomach. Other iron supplements have caused stomach /digestive problems but none at all with these. I can even take them in an empty stomach. Another side effect I have noticed which is not mentioned in leaflet so don’t know even know if it’s related, a decrease in appetite so I have managed to lose a few pounds without trying. Really happy with this product and will continue to take. Only negative is they don’t taste great but most iron and multi vitamins don’t so not an issue

I bought these iron tablets because I had just gotten back my blood test results and my ferritin levels were low. After purchasing these tablets and taking them, I literally started feeling better within the first week I am more alert and have more strength during the day even if I didn't get a good night sleep. I would definitely recommend. I will definitely be purchasing again.
