Amazing customer service. I ordered this item, twice, from Amazon and received the incorrect size both times. I was trying to get the 8" tall one but I received the 4" short one, two times in a row. I returned both items to Amazon. Somehow the PetFusion customer service team caught wind of this happening and reached out to apologize for the error and sent me the correct one at absolutely no cost. They are real people running a real business that really care about their customers.The product itself is a solid 5 star worthy item. It's anodized aluminum, which is very easy to clean. It's sturdy and has rubber pads so the feeder does not slide around, which has been an annoying problem for my 60lbs boxer constantly pushing her bowl around while trying to eat. It's a great height for my older dog, solidly made with a quality feel, built by people that really care about their customers and pets.Super happy with this purchase and also purchased the PetFusion mat to put beneath it. Looks great and works perfectly. Highly recommend.

I love this elevated dog bowl set. I like that the metallic gray color is sharp looking. The metal is sleek and appears that it will stand up very well to use. It's very solid, yet not bulky which I like. They include rubber feet for the bottom on the legs and there are extra rubber pads that they include that can be used under each bowl so the bowl doesn't harm the aluminum. It comes with little pads already on the stand where the bowls sit, but it's nice they send you extras. The bowls are decent quality, though I wouldn't allow a huge dog to chew on them per se. The other thing I really like is that this product is very easy to clean. Because the stand itself is flat, you can easily wipe it down. The bowls remove very easily and you can wash them by hand or throw them in the dishwasher. I also purchased the PetFusion X-large waterproof Dog Food Mat and it is the perfect add on to catch all the spills. The two products work well together and I really like the look of both.

It was recommended that we get our medium-sized dog an elevated feeding bowl (she already shares an elevated drinking bowl with her "little sister," our cat). When this arrived I thought it was perfect - it looks great, the bowls are SS, easy to clean, and it's the same height as the old bowl, so very simple to swap out! Drinking was a cinch - the same as always for both pets. However, my dog will not eat out of the kibble side. After 12 hours she finally found a compromise - she pulled a little of the food out of the bowl onto the hardwood floor and ate it off the floor. Crazy? Maybe! I would not think there's a flaw in this product, but my dog does. Sorry to say, it has to go back.

Missy (Himalayan cat) loves this. And she's a real pain to satisfy. At first I was concerned about the cost, but other feeders were more expensive. Then when I saw this, I realized it is well worth the price.Pros-beautiful, simple design-metal, not plastic-flawless production-very safely packed-bowls close enough to the edge for the cat to reach without straining-I think the slightly higher platform has made it easier for her to swallow food; she stands more naturally at it-keeps her food area neater, since she can't just shove it on the floor-keeps the bowls off the cold floor; this floor gets quite cold-the generous size 3-cup bowls are a bit large for a cat; so I put her two pretty Noritake china bowls in them, and they look great. The stainless makes a nice frame for her china-there are two bowls to hold her two choices of food; we don't need one for food and one for water (Missy won't drink unless her Starbuck's water mug is up on the kitchen counter)-rubber bumpers keep the food dishes from moving around; the littlest thing can intimidate a cat-I think the bowls will be less likely to be accidentally kicked around now. They're more protected.-the nonskid feet are just as nice as the rest of the feeder and are generous in size; my feeder is on a rug, but if this sits on a smooth surface, I don't think it will move around easily.Cons-The feeder arrived smelling strongly like rubber (which went away almost immediately after unpacking). I wiped the feeder off with a wet paper towel, which may have helped, but I was worried at first. Cats need to smell their food.

Superb minimalist design is absolutely perfect for our three cats. We use two as watering stations and one as a feeding station. The cats love them and it puts them in perfect position without having to stretch too high or bend too low using the 4-in version. Incredibly easy to keep clean and virtually indestructible. Never have to worry about all the junk in plastics or breakage/coatings from ceramics. The anodized finish is also really nice, as powder coating has too many VOCs coming off. This is just perfect and cannot recommend more highly.
