We love this mat for our little one (3yo) COMPLETELY worth it over any cons for our child to learn salah and love salah and love Quran. It is so great for them to learn salah and to explore Quran and dua independently and have fun with it. I only wish that it had the Surah Names on the keys instead of surah #114 for example. It is also made from plastic material, the surface, it is very crinkly and crunchy sounding which can be distracting. Like walking on a tarp. (See video) And any oils from the body will remain on the plastic. It is a little bit wider than an adult sajadah to accommodate the buttons/keys but just about the same length I believe. The keys are very responsive, I hardly have to press twice to make the sound play back, one touch, no problem. Clear, slow speaking for the informative keys/parts of prayer, and also by the reciter. I would buy this as a gift for ANY Muslim child in my life especially 5 years old+ (even a convert!!) even though I love this for our younger child who learns and also plays on it, a 5 is the perfect age for this mat in my opinion and could reap the most benefits. A must have for teaching salah to young Muslims and multi lang households!

This is a must-have product for every Muslim household! mysalahmat is a prayer mat that has the full instructions for salah from the Adhan to the end of prayer. Each icon speaks a detailed voice instruction on how to make wudu, how to pray, and even includes the recitation of the Fatiha and 6 small surahs. It recites all the duaas and tasabeeh that are included in Salah. The Duaa icon includes the duaa of before/after eating, sleeping, Masjid, studying, sneezing, and leaving/entering the home. At the top of the mat is the schedule of the five prayers, each with a picture of the sky to detail when it should be prayed, and the Rakats of each Salah. It says these instructions in 7 languages, including Arabic, English, and Urdu. The globe icon changes the language. The mat comes with an awesome activity book all about Prayer. I recommend this mat to teach kids how to pray. It includes so much info in it, and is super exciting for the kids to use! I feel like this would even be useful for any revert that has just embraced Islam and needs extra reminders when first starting out to pray.

My Salah Mat is amazing !! I’m so happy that I purchased it ! I have a 7 year old and 5 and 2 year old and this is the best way to teach them how to pray it’s fun for them and it will have them praying on there own in no time i definitely Recommend it !!

The item is defective. I ordered one and there was an issue with number of rakaat for isha (2 instead of 4). I connected the seller and the response was: it was purchased from amazon so please contact them. I exchanged the item form Amazon and received a new one. I had the same issue (2 instead of 4). I reach out to the seller again. Over a 1 week period of poor service, requests for videos, etc… the response I get is that “we have reached out tot he manufacturer please return to Amazon. The optimal response should have bee “ we apologize and will be replacing the item with a mat that actually works and is not defective). That was not the case at all. Extremely bad service, defective item, and 1 week in the item is also having issues with constant changing languages on its own and starting as soon as your turn it on. I feel there are better alternatives out there. The seller does not stand behind his product, and given that this is for kids, you do not want them learning wrong info simply because the Matt is defective. Not saying all are defective, but the two that I got are and I sent the seller a 5 minute video. Not sure how reaching out tot he manufacturer help me as the consumer.

I am blown away by this product, it’s one of the best things I got for my children. As soon as I opened the grey parcel bag the kids jumped at me to see what it was. I told them it was an interactive prayer mat, their reaction WHAT!!! I want to use it. I have 2 kids and they literally had a little argument who would use it first. I quickly put batteries in and switched it on and it says “As salaamu alaikum” it’s amazing! For all the mums and dads out there a quick list of what I found amazing. 1. It has so many languages, I turned it to Arabic and the kids were amazed and speechless. 2. The buttons around the prayer mat all work, you can hear the Adhan, surahs and so much more 3. The kids can stand on the feet and it recognises someone is standing for prayer and it then starts the prayer! The mat is touch sensitive meaning the next stage of the salah does not work until the child is in the prayer position. Seriously amazing. 4. The prayer mat finishes with Duas and Ayatul Kursi. I just love it. 5. It comes with 3 booklets, an activity book which the kids had fun reading and doing the activities, a parents booklet to help us understand what the kids can learn and how to use it at different ages, and a very detailed manual. To summarise I feel I need to write this review, Masha ‘Allah this product will inspire the children and make them want to do Salah. We have been using it a few minutes a day, few days a week. It’s so good Masha ‘Allah. Thank you My Salah Mat! Are you creating anything else?

Great for teaching kids. So simple to use and really engages young children to perform prayer. Would be beneficial for anyone wanting to learn prayer.
