Q: Does anyone have an issue with their memory cards showing 15% less capacity than advertised? i have the 120gb and it only shows 101gb available.

Think of it as going from Imperial (Inches, feet, miles, etc.) to Metric. Storage is always sold in base 10, so 1GB = 1,000,000 MB (Mega Bytes, not Mega Bits, 8 bits = 1 byte). Computers (still) do everything in ones and zeros (either a bit is off or it's on), divide 1,000,000 MB Unformatted by 1024 equals 976 MB Formatted. Divide by 1024 for like to like (Bytes to Bytes) for formatted capacity, multiply by 8 to go from Bytes to Bits, and divide by 8 to go from Bits to Bytes. The same formula works for internet bandwidth, so when Verizon proclaims they have 1 Terabit or 1000 Gigabit internet, divide that by 8 and you now see you have 125 MegaBYTES of bandwidth. I've worked in data storage for over 25 years and I still have to get out a calculator to figure it out properly.

Q: Will the card fir into a compact flash card slot on a Mac?

No will need to purchase a card reader that accepts XQD cards. Can find it on Amazon that’s where I got mine.

Q: Is it compatible with camera Sony NEX-3N?

A quick search shows that your camera uses SD cards... XQD are different and not interchangeable..

Q: Does this work for the Panasonic GH5?

The GH5 uses SD cards or micro SD cards, with an adapter. XQD cards are physically larger and will not fit into the GH5. I recommend using the fastest SD card (write speed) you can find if you plan on taking advantage of all that the GH5 is capable of.
