I was impressed with how nice these look. I'm not sure how sturdy they would be for a lot ofheavy fooks, but for a few on a display like a hall display or sofa table they are stunning. The books sit well on a piece that is several incites b ack from the "people," making it sturdy for any display. I like things that not every one else has, and this certainly fit the bill

Not only do these provide a solid foundation for your book collection, they are also quite the conversation piece! Several guests have commented on their appearance, which has no doubt resulted in additional purchases. Very clever design, and with the books resting on the baseplate, the books are supported efficiently. I highly recommend these!

I was worried trying to find bookends that would hold all of my coloring books up. I don't have them all out on the shelving yet but am getting to it. There are so many. They are large and heavy. I tried a lot of different things but they would just slowly slide/fall over, knocking anything in their way over as well. Lost my fav coffee cup during the first incident. Had to throw it and one of the coloring books out. 🤫 I don't think anyone would regret buying and using these adorable and useful bookends. So stop thinking about it and get them already!

These book ends are gorgeous and very sturdy. It gives my side table the little 'pick me up that was missing... just be aware that finger prints are noticeable on it because of the finish, however a soft cloth can take care of those.

I bought these to hold couple's counseling books in my therapy office. First, I love the design of them, especially for the purpose I had in mind. But even as general bookends in someone's home, these are beautifully designed, solidly built, and absolutely perfect for holding whatever books you have in mind. And if that's not enough, they were also packaged beautifully for shipping - with the tender care that they deserve. My instinct is to buy about 5 more sets of these, to use in my home, and/or to give as gifts. I have to resist the urge, just because I need to watch my spending. But they're THAT nice. (And I still might.)

Found these and it adds a bit of class to the book shelf, they are very sturdy and have a nice weight to keep every lined up nicely. Good product for the money!

I ordered these for a collection of about 35 books I have sitting on a table, of different styles and sizes. They do not slip, and are attractive. They are holding a lot more books than I expected, especially considering some of the other reviews. I have had theses for a while now and they are holding up nicely. I will actually purchase another pair to use in another room in the house. Recommended.
