So, this is a tough one to review because window treatments are just 'difficult' to begin with. Nevertheless, I renovated the man cave and wanted something that was automated for the 'cool' factor but I didn't want to spend a small fortune like most of those are priced as. Therefore, I tried Amazon. Now, $500 for two windows isn't exactly cheap, but it is certainly cheaper in comparison to Leviton or one of the other more established brands. I received the shades (charcoal grey) as fast as possible given they came directly from China. The installation was brain-dead easy. The control did not include a battery which I thought was weird and inconvenient and the material is low-quality. It reminded me of thick wrapping paper. The seller though is always quick to respond and very helpful which is why I am giving this 5-stars. You really can't put a price on that. She is sending me over some samples of other material so I can pick something that is better. I will update my review accordingly. If I had to do it again, I might just spend the extra money to be honest and get something I know is solid. However, if you don't have the means to do so, you're not going to get better for the price.

Was easy to install but measurements were off. Said to measure knowing the rollers would be 1/4 inch added. It was not. I'll have them trimmed but be careful of your measurements if you want them inside the window frame. They are very nice to have and the solar panel is very good even in grooming winter.

If you are debating on who to buy your motorized blinds from then look no further. I received my blinds and they weren't the exact color that I wanted because the grey wasn't as dark as expected. It wasn't the company's fault i am just very picky. I contacted them and they immediately said they would replace my Fabric and valances with exactly what I wanted. they didn't even make me go through the full return process rather they just quickly made me new ones and got them to me. they responded very quickly and politely and make sure that I was happy. the product is amazing and works exactly as it says and is outstanding. but the customer service was even better. You won't be disappointed and if for some reason you are they'll make it right.

We bought 3 of these on the extremely large end 90+ inches wide and 60+ inches long to cover windows that face south and west that get beat up by the summer sun. These are easy to install and work just as we've wanted by keeping the temperature down in the room but also allowing for amazing day time movie watching! We are looking to add these to all of our windows. What we loved about these is they fit right behind our honeycomb top down/bottom up shades as our window openings are very deep. When not in use they just hide away.

First about the blinds. They look quite fragile and much less appealing than in the product picture on Amazon web page. I hope they last more than the 6mth warranty... Blinds came without any installation instructions. If, like I did, installed the blinds inside the window frame - removing them is super difficult. There's no space for pushing the pin at the end of the roller to slide it out. You can try brute force, or build a tool yourself as I did to remove the blinds. USB charging cables are long, but not long enough to reach the connector and power outlet on the wall. One of the USB cables (1 out of 5) was damaged and cant be used. Then the WiFi Remote hub and app. Connecting the hub to our 2.4/5G network was super difficult. Device can't connect to combined 2.4/5G Wifi, rather it needs a dedicated 2.4G network. Who in earth makes such a device still? Very, very old and bad tech, very bad interoperability. After several hours configuring my WiFi, I got the hub connected. But that turned out to be a waste of time. The app (iOS on our case), is done for old iOS device. e.g on an newer iPad, the app occupies small portion of the screen. App itself doesn't add any value to the standard remote we ordered as well. Mechanically the WiFi hub feels like 99cent cheap piece of plastic and is ugly. Audio quality from the speaker on it is annoyingly tinny. I would consider twice on ordering these blinds. If you do, do not waste your money on buying the WiFi hub.

Decent blind. Easy install. Easy Alexa and remote setup. Cons: My only major issue is that the motor sounds like a fax machine. The iPhone app did not connect but don't really plan on using it anyway. I am not using curtains over so the cable is exposed. Really wish the design would have routed it a bit more concealed. This is installed in my office that no one else enters so its not a big deal. That said, I am considering getting a couple for other windows in the house.

This is our second time to order a roller blind from this manufacturer. Like the first one we ordered this one works perfectly and was extremely easy to install and set up. I’m thinking it took no more than 10 minutes to get it into the window in working. We will buy again!

Customer service responded to me very quickly and resolved my issue. Everything back to working. I’m changing my rating and so appreciate the swift reply. Bought these in Sept. of 2022 and loved them. Directions could be better but quality seemed good. Blocked light as described. Only problem is the motor has stopped working and I can’t seem to get it to move. The battery in the remote is fine as I can see the number on it. Not sure what to do. I have sent a message to the seller so will update if I get a response. For now I have to leave it stuck in the position it was in which doesn’t make me happy.
