Amazing quality for the price, but best of all, it just works!
I’ve tried some expensive thick heavy gauge copper wire HDMI cables and learned the hard way that beyond spans of around 15-20 ft cable length, data transmission can and will suffer and can be hit-or-miss depending on source and destination. This is not the case with these optical fiber HDMI cables. At its 30ft length, I had no issues getting a clear 4K 60Hz signal with multichannel audio to my LG OLED TV regardless of the source. I’ve tried the following: PS4 Pro, XBox Series X, Apple TV 4K, Macbook Pro 16 (with an HDMI to USB-C adapter) and a Razer Blade Advanced 2020. No dropouts, no issues, it all just works flawlessly. Picture quality is just as good as those of a short span heavy-gauge overpriced gold-plated terminated copper wire HDMI cables. Optical HDMI cables are great because the wires are thinner, lighter, flexible, has less strain on the sockets, and easier to manage around and behind furniture, corners, or where ever you want to route them through. The only downside has been that optical fiber HDMI cables have always been cost-prohibitive. That is until I found these at a very attractive price. I have to admit, I was skeptical because of the low price compared to other optical HDMI cables I found on Amazon, but look no further, these are the ones to get if you want to save money and still have great quality. Keep in mind though that just like all other optical HDMI cables, these are are directional and will only work if you connect the source and display terminations to their respective sockets. But don’t worry, ARC features still works just fine despite the “directional” nature of the cable. They were packaged very nicely too, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

Works great - may need a power inserter when fed from a computer
This cable works great, just follow directions, just don't snag or pull on the cable too hard when routing it. Be aware that this is an *active* cable, meaning that there is a circuit built into each end to convert the HDMI to optical at the Source end and then back to HDMI at the Display end. It draws the power through the HDMI connection. Unfortunately, it needs more power than many computer video cards can supply; when I first plugged it in, between my computer and a TV on the other side of the room, all I got was a black screen. I then plugged it into a Roku box instead to test and it worked perfect. Since I knew what the problem was, I searched for "HDMI power inserter" and came up empty (I wanted one that includes a wall wart transformer, not a USB plug that either requires another AC-to-USB adapter or draws power from the computer.) so I searched ebay and found a guy in NC selling them for $11.75. I installed the power inserter between the computer HDMI out and the Source end of this optical cable, and then the other end (Display) into the TV, and now it's getting plenty of power and works great! tl;dr If you get a black screen when using this cable with a computer, then you need an "HDMI power inserter". P.S. Be sure to remember that this active cable is unidirectional, unlike copper HDMI cables (which are passive and bidirectional) - meaning you must plug the Source end into the source and the Display end into the display.

Worked for 2 years now it's dead
I tested this cable for a month running across the living room floor to be sure it worked well with my Epson LS12000 Projector, Nvidia Shield and Denon receiver. It was flawless so I went ahead and placed it behind paneling I installed to run the cable around the room hidden. A little less than two years later I started getting a dead single in and out every few seconds. At first I thought it was the projector but upon further testing it is definitely the cable. The projector behaves erratically cutting in and out even if I'm on another HDMI input. The Projector simple will not work with ATZEBE plugged in at all. Once unplugged everything is fine. So now with the cable buried and carefully run through my room and attached to the ceiling it's dead junk. This is going to be a huge pain to solve. I don't understand how it spontaneously went bad with not changes. Uggggg.

Great price and good Quality
Great product good quality and low price. I Run this HDMI through my walls up to the attic to reach from Receiver to tv. Installation was smooth since the cable is really easy to work with super light and flexible. I gave it 4 stars because is not compatible with A/V receivers so i spent a big chunk of time troubleshooting the reason why it didn’t work. I have a sony 65x900h hooked to a Onkyo TX-NR686 that sits like 40’ from my TV and all my devices are hooked through my A/V receive(Onkyo) so they can all share the same display (sony tv) so the problems with this Cable is that it won’t recognize the signals from other devices so it doesn’t switch back and forward when you for example: turn off firestick to use your apple tv or nintendo switch. Display just turns black. And this was using the eARC or any other HDMI using the A/V receiver as a port. Now when i hooked this Cable direct from my TV to my Apple TV 4K the image was amazing! Colors were stunning and sound was soo clear! That when i notice the difference from copper to Fiber! Whole different level! So if you need the cable just to go straight from video game console, media stream or cable box straight to your TV or projector this cable will work without problems but if you have an A/V receiver than this won’t work for you.

Just took delivery of a few days ago of an ATZEBE - 5M Active Optical Cable…. WOW, after 6 months of issues trying increasing quality wired HDMI cables and wasting money with no success in stopping the VIDEO cutting out for 5 seconds at random times through a movie and not knowing what the issue was, I decided to take a ‘risk’ and spend the extra $’s to buy a REAL quality Optical HDMI Cable… I chose this cable and have tested it over the last 2 days in our theatre room connected to a 4k projector. TV, Movies, YouTube, home videos, games etc, all with the nearby Heater fan ( a suspected issue ) switching on and off, and the result… A perfect picture, no glitches or 5 second video drop-outs, it’s very responsive my Sony AV System… it’s a 10/10 from me.. doesn’t get better than that!

I am writing after 1.5yrs of use. Purchased it in Apr19. I have both tv & projectors at opp ends of my living room. To avoid any judders, blackouts or drop in video, use this fiber-optic cable if the distance is more than 15ft. Bit expensive but extremely satisfied with the picture qlty from my Benq 4k projector. Cable is thin & I have fixed connection from Denon 4k AVR & projector @ other end & donot remove it often, since it is a bit delicate. I recommend this cable for longer distances & better 4k reception. I havenot faced any issues like handshaking or intermittent picture dropping etc.Highly recommend.
