Texture good value
This is my second order so decided to try this Cajun version. It doesn’t disappoint, taste is wonderful. No need to add additional spices in my opinion. I primarily use when I air fry chicken wings. The texture is nice and crunchy. The key I believe is to make sure the wings are patted dry before dipping in your egg wash. I’ve ordered two others

Low carb and yummy!
This is a great alternative to flour! I had purchased it before and it always has a nice flavor! Excellent on chicken.

Love the taste
Use this product on many food items like fish, pork etc….instead of bread crumbs to reduce carb intake.

Excellent, Easy to use and great flavor.
Used same day as receiving to fry some walleye and I could hardly believe it was any different then the regular fry. Excited to have this as a tool in my belt for managing keto. I heard some suggestions on use like trying it in meatballs and I can't wait to get more creative and see what I can make with it.

Test doesn’t stick to the meat or the tofu or whatever you would like it to. I tried it with water. I tried it with eggs. I tried it with multiple application

Surprisingly Good
I didn't have very high expectations. In fact it sat on my shelf for a month, before I was willing to waste a chicken breast on it. Pounded it out, egg wash, and then a good coating of this crumb. Cooked in pan with butter and olive oil at 325 degrees for a few minutes on each side, then into a 325 degree oven for 18 minutes to finish. Took it out and was shocked at how good it was. It doesn't have the crunch of a flour coating, but is close enough for Keto. Good flavor and texture. Looks like chicken fried chicken and other floured foods are back on the menu. Plan to experiment with adding other keto friendly ingredients to see if I can improve it even more. Recommended for those on Keto.
