The glass tumbler was damaged with a chip in the edge. This made the tumbler useless but as it was replacing an old tumbler holder we decided to keep the stainless steel holder & use our existing glass tumbler. The damage to the tumbler was not a shipping fault, the chip was there when the product was packaged. This was the second tumbler set that I ordered & the last one the tumbler was completely broken so I returned it. The reason that I didn't return this one was that I didn't have faith in getting one that wasn't damaged in some way & I could be sending packages back forever.
