Nice unit. All the parts present. No problems assembling and time required was reasonable. I would buy again

Very sturdy design
Very well built. Beautiful design. Only issue we had was we could only use two drawers in order to be able to hang clothes without them bunching up on top of the shelves.

Upset with missing hardware and required work to assemble
The product was delivered immaculately split across many boxes packaged well and looks good.The bad is- it requires a lot of work to put together, and in no way can be considered near assembled or finished.- one of the drawers came with missing hardware which meant the folks I had hired to put this together left without completing the job and I have to not spend extra over this.

Garbage
We followed the directions and started assembling the shelving unit and it completely fell apart and the assembly holes busted. Not sturdy at all. I would not recommend this product.

Reasonable price for closet system that can be customized to fit your needs
What I was expecting. Not overly difficult to assemble, just time consuming. Seems sturdy. Time will tell. Missing one part but a quick call to ClosetMaid and the part was shipped promptly. Looks nice and finishes off my closet nicely Bars were more difficult to cut even with a pipe cutter

Overall an excellent product
Sturdy piece of furniture. Only one thing we didn’t understand. This come with two hanging rods but they don’t hand in the center of the openings. They attach in the leg holes. So a standard hanger does not work in this unit. Other than that I would order item again

Be prepared to cut the boards and metal rods!!!
As title suggests, you have to have the right tools and skills to install this system. Also, the boards are not higher quality, they crack as you screw things in. You also get a ton of extra parts that are not needed unless you are installing additional sections.

Looks custom
This is the closest on Amazon I could find to the closetmaid impressions system. It absolutely turned out fantastic. It is not cheap but you get what you pay for. Very sturdy, simple although time consuming to assemble. Really increased our storage in our baby walk-in. Lol, now that I'm looking at my pictures, I see where I went wrong with the middle bar. Leveling was the hardest part when you neglect to remove the baseboards and walls aren't perfectly level.
