These are easy to take and haven't had any digestive issues. Hoping they will be good for the skin and joints.

It's a quality brand yet their quantity sucks I have lost count of how many bottles I have gotten that was short pills

I really like this product because it really works. Before I got sick my skin an hair were health. After being sick for 2/12years my skin an hair were awful. Skin dried out hair brittle. Started taking this collagen hair an skin came back to normal. Yes very satisfied with this product. It did take taking it for two months for results but worth it!!

After reading all the reviews, I was very concerned with it having a taste. But I take this with my other supplements every morning and since it is in a capsule form I have as of yet to have a taste issue. My nails seem to be growing faster and are stronger than before, which is one of the reasons for purchase. But it does mean I need my manicure more often. Take the good with the bad.

I usually do not write reviews but wanted to leave some feedback on this product. I am going through menopause and noticed a difference in my hair quality and fullness so I decided to take collagen. Being a scientist, the decision to try this product was based on the fact it had the different forms of collagen not just one form. I must say was skeptical before I got the product but decided to try it anyways. It has been a few months now and I have noticed a difference in my hair fullness. My hair does seem as dry and there is more volume. My hair does seem to be growing faster. Scientifically, I am not sure how the collagen is processed and contributes to the hair growing process. I have not noticed anything significant for my skin (change of texture) or my nails in terms of growing faster. I think results would vary for the individual so if a person is interested in trying the product, use the product for several months to made a decision if it is working. Even if it does not change skin, hair or nail, at least it is a source of amino acids/proteins. The product is easy to take: 3 capsules daily. This is a convenient way of taking collagen on trips instead of bring the tub of powder. I would definitely try this product.

Where do I begin?! I’ve been HOPING & SEARCHING for a high quality multi-collagen supplement with Ashwaganda root extract and my hopes/prayers were answered! People have already noticed a difference in my nails & hair after a couple weeks! Just overall full & healthier now like there’s finally life back ha-ha! I will be back to definitely purchase more as soon as I’m done! The only downside is no one updated me to when they’d start to offer the 120 or 180 capsules bottle option on the same listing. :/ I’m sure they’ll notice my only concern.

I should have just stayed with the powder form. If you're lazy at swallowing tablets and capsules, don't get them. With the powdered in thr canister, you can add it to anything you drink.
