Not a daily user... a use 1 day.
So, no, it's not a Bastinelli. It's inferior steel and the sheath clip is cheap (but seemingly strong). Honestly, what's a karambit made to do? It's not supposed to survive prying or batoning or stabbing a car door 100 times. It's supposed to be a no-frills, quick access, last resort defense. This karambit provides all of that at about 10% of the price for a Bastinelli and I don't see that there's really all that many options between the 2 price points and, maybe, no real benefit to paying much attention to them. The Ccanku is absolutely fine for what it is. The sheath was a little too tight--I don't want to pull a sheathed knife from my boot--but repeated unsheathing/sheathing was enough to fix this issue as the sheath material is somewhat soft. The edge wasn't as sharp as would be expected at a higher price point but edges can be sharpened. I. might replace the clip but, then again, I might not. This is a throw away knife. A little hard to decide whether I prefer the ring around my index or middle but that's not a design issue, it's a hand size issue and no way around potential issues, there. Had I spent $140 there's no way I would have reviewed it 5 stars. Sub $20? Easy.

Nice little knife.
I just received this knife yesterday and I agree with what others have already said. Overall it seems to be great little knife for the price especially since I wasn't planning on spending $140-$160 on what this clone was actually based off of. I'm curious to see if it stands up to the test of time, but for under $20 dollars, you can't really go wrong. So far, I'm only disappointed in 2 things, and again, this is just reiterating what others have already said. Here are the CONS: - packaging - the knife comes in a small metal tin with no padding whatsoever so it was just rattling around. The only protection was that the knife itself was wrapped in plastic to help prevent any scratches. - The belt clip that attaches to the sheath is horrible. I would suggest upgrading it to something else. Depending on which direction you have it attached to the sheath, the current belt clip will either come off your belt when you pull out the knife or when you put the knife back in due to the force of pushing or pulling. It's pretty sharp and I'm sure it will do what it needs to do. Will it stay sharp? Will this be my primary EDC knife? It's really hard to say right now. Only time will tell. In the mean time, besides the 2 CONS that I listed, I'm overall happy with my purchase since I was originally looking at the original version, but didn't want to spend money.

Excellent Primary Or Backup
If you're looking for an excellent primary or backup knife that's easily tucked away, this is an excellent example. Since it is an inexpensive, spot on clone of the expensive Bastinelli Pika, you get all the benefits of the expensive knife, but in a more reasonably priced package. While I can't be sure what the knife is actually made of (D2 or some type of stainless steel), if it's used as it is designed to be used, it will make no difference because it will perform. The Kydex sheath had very good retention right out of the box, but I added a little bit of heat and made a slight adjustment to suit my personal preferences. The clip that comes with it is pretty much useless, so I removed it and installed an Ulticlip 3.3, as I do to nearly all my personal protection/weapon retention knives. You can not beat the quality for the price, and in my opinion and experience, this goes for all the knives I've purchased from Ccanku.

Ok for 20 bucks.
Good machining, no rough spots or damage. Fits very well in hand reverse or regular grip. Blade itself was decently sharp but the tip was dull and rounded. Sheath is decent for what it is. Single sided blade is not ideal for cutting as it tends to go diagonal.

KARM-TASTIC-BIT!
I really, really wanted to hate this. Feels good. Lightweight. I changed the belt attachment. Comes in a tin box, which is cool. Pros: Handles well Small Cheep! Cons: Gotta get used to weight while flipping Edge needs refinement. Nice copy of a gucci karambit for a 16th of the cost. Love it!

You won’t regret it
I love this thing. It’s tiny, concealable and lightweight, but I promise you this little thing will ruin your weekend. It’s no joke. Comes with a nice fitted holster. I love fixed blade karambits. This one is my favorite..it’s an added level of protection too.

Decent!
This “might” be Chinese copy of a high-end European blade smith. If it was, the fact that it is essentially a karambit style prison shank might make you wonder if it was worth over $130. For $20ish, I decided to have a look at this one. A blade like this is defensive and not for work or for bushcrafting. 1 - PRO – This one was wicked sharp and will cut your skin by the slightest touch. It comes to a delicate and razor-sharp tip. One practice draw stroke without good form left a faint blood line on my abdomen. 2 – CON – My trainer has foam covered wooden “arms”. The first time it stuck in the wood, I comma cut and “slightly” bent the tip. Not a good temper, but maybe better that snapping off the tip? Look close at the photo of the tip. In its defense, many knives of this style use a slight tanto or tooth style tip for protection. 3 – After that damage, I made an ALU trainer of the same size. This will take a beating and not damage the real blade or draw any blood. 4 – PRO – good Kydex sheath with excellent retention. 5 – CON – Average (at best) clip on the sheath. I will be replacing this clip with something more reliable. I can touch up the point of the blade and replace the sheath clip. I can smash about with the ALU trainer I made without hurting myself or the blade. It will still come in $100 south of a $140 price tag on a last-ditch defensive blade.
