Super cute fountain & Great Customer Service!
I liked the size, design and affordability of this little fountain. I have a small deck outside my room that I made into a retreat as it’s enclosed with bamboo reed screen for privacy and ambiance. After adding seating, many plants, solar lights and other decor, I wanted a water feature, specifically the sound of water cascading. I needed something that would fit size wise and of course, look nice. I found this fountain and felt it fit perfectly for all my wants and needs, it is very budget friendly and arrived in just a couple of days. Upon its delivery, I immediately unboxed it to assemble, which was quick and easy. I know others said they needed to make modifications but I just followed the directions and it went together easily and as expected so, maybe there have been adjustments made on their end? After assembling I filled full of water before turning on and once plugged in, it was just as advertised and water was cascading down from the top tier into the bottom bowl. It looked and sounded great! I was very pleased with my purchase and took video which I sent along to friends and family who were all surprised at its price point and thought it was really cute. I don’t keep it running continuously but only when home and have my door open so I can hear the water. I sit out on my deck in the early mornings and in the evenings after work because it’s so relaxing, the fountain definitely helped me achieve the goal of creating a nurturing and relaxing space. Then this past weekend I noticed the water level was rapidly dropping and then noticed my rug was getting soaked. I unplugged it immediately to investigate what could have happened? I had not had any previous issue whatsoever with its performance at all. I refilled it back to the recommended level in an attempt to try and find the leak but couldn’t seem to locate it. I kept trying for a couple of days as I was really bummed not to have my water feature…I just couldn’t figure it out and I couldn’t use it anymore so, I got on Amazon to see what could be done…the 30 day return window had come and gone, I was bummed. I decided to reach out to the seller & honestly, was not expecting much but boy was I pleasantly surprised. Not only did they get back to me in a timely fashion responding right back to my email. They acknowledged my issue, verified my purchase and told me not only that a new fountain was on the way but not to worry about sending back the old one and to keep it for parts just in case! Wow!!! Not what I was expecting or what is typical, GOOD customer service is hard to come by and because of this, I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. I had already shared videos etc with friends and family as previously stated and I know at least one of them want to purchase the same fountain. I will encourage them to do so for sure. It shouldn’t matter the cost of an item purchased, it should perform as promised and if not, it should be made right which was exactly how this situation was handled by the seller, with integrity and professionalism. What an all around good experience it has been to buy this product from this seller, I’m stoked on the fountain and the seller👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👊🏼

Beautiful, affordable, & fairly easy to assemble
The only trick to assembling this thing is that you needed to understand mechanics. The housing that the pump needed to be fit into has a pipe that must fit on top of the pump hole. That pipe has a washer and nut under it and it was fit tight, and longer, so that until you screw the nut looser the pipe won't budge. Once you do loosen it, it can be raised and pump squeezed neatly under it and you must tighten the nut and washer again to hold it in place. I'm not sure why they didn't have that assembled in the box, because while it only took me a little time to figure out how it worked, if you don't understand why it doesn't fit and how to fix it, it could be frustrating, and even maybe the pipe not setting right it could loosen later and stop working. Hoping in my case it keeps going and if not, I'll update the review. For me, with careful assemblying, all the parts fir together well and held snug. It is a little light weight. I will probably by more ancors, or try filling it with small rocks and tape bottom to hold them in. Anyways with pump set to high, it is a beautiful display and the water sound is peaceful and attracted squirrels and birds already. Also, be sure to top off the water daily. If you leave it running the summer heat evaporates some and critters drink or splash some water out

Nice bird bath with some design flaws
So 4-stars, because it was $60. Much more than that and it would have dropped down to 3-Stars. That said, it looks really nice. Neighbors commented on it looking tranquil in the garden. The tiers with water trickling over each is very soothing. Can't comment on whether birds are actually drawn to it, as i have two other baths. Tough competition! =) Couple of design issues. 1st - getting the pump to proper seat in the pump mount was a chore. Ignore the instructions and attached the mount to the bottom tray first. This keeps mount in place and stable while you struggle to get the pump to sit correctly. Then getting the copper tubing with a 1/2 rubber grommet to fit inside the pump was additional challenge. 2nd issue was that the treading on the pieces will take a few attempt to get it to take without being tilted one way or the other. This was mainly on the base and the main post. Minor, but if you dont get it right... the fountain will not flow evenly. 3rd - the pieces that make up the tiers ( think 5 all together) are all just sitting on the copper rod. They move freely. Only the top piece is treaded to hold the other sections in place, sort of. Need to pay attention and try your best to get each piece sitting perfectly level.... if not fountain will flow unevenly. They just needed something to make sure the pieces were sitting correctly. A simple groove for them to lock into. I thought my pavement was the issue and after playing around, i noticed some of the free moving pieces were slight off to one side or the other. Little annoying but playing around with each piece you can now attach the cap which is treaded and will pushdown on the other sections to hold it in place. If you have a tilt someplace, start again. Let me qualify I am a tad OCD. I couldnt have the water trickling over one half while the other side didnt flow at all. So theres that! 4th - When it comes time to clean the pumps strainer, you have to pull the pieces apart to get to the pump. With Flaw #3, this will add to your fun and you have to tinker a little to get your flow out of each basin evenly. Now there are little inflow cutouts on the 1st part of the tier setup. Might be worth placing something to catch debris before goes inside the base and into the pump. Like mesh screening or that sponge-like filter you see on most pumps. This will save you from undoing the tier pieces to get to the pump. It is a very lovely fountain. Just know that there may be some added work to keep it running and level. Knowing now you can be a little more prepared than I was.

It’s a great bird bath and water fountain. Easy to assemble. The birds love it. I have it on a timer to turn on and off automatically. I don’t run it through the winter. It’s plastic but looks good. Hasn’t ever tipped over. You have to keep adding water to it every day or couple days depending on birds using it. And don’t forget to clean it at least once a week. Happy birding.

Beautiful fountain, easy to assemble, looks great in a garden, attracts a wide variety of birds (given the fact that we are in the city). I even purchased a second one since I was so impressed. Fountain requires a little addition of water every morning. I looked elsewhere for the same fountain but found them at 3 times the price. Very pleased, I only wish that the plug would be 3 feet longer....but this is not a big deal.

It works fine.Pump seems to be good. It is a little to flimsy for the stand. It does not want to stay sitting up straight.
