Perfect replacement good color

Really happy with this toner. So cheap, and so good. It *might* start making colored spots on your prints after about 2 years if you are still using the same toner cart. If you are a personal user that doesn't finish a toner cart in 2 years, well, you may just need to replace it anyway. What happens is the toner is still good, but some rubber wiper goes bad. Replacing the toner cart will fix that problem & it will be like having a new printer again. At least that is how it was for me. YMMV. I used this toner in a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477 FDW and it worked great. I have been warned to never update HP laser printer firmware again though - they say that new HP firmware will change your printer to only work with shockingly expensive genuine HP toner carts. Yeah, sure, forget that! No way. My printer works fine now, and takes cheap generic toner ok. Let's just leave it that way. All good. Anyway, this toner works great. 10/10 would buy again.

I would givie it all 5 starts, however read below why I can't go higher then 4 stars. I ordered these cartridges in January, however not all the colors I replaced at the same time. Therefore I started with black and yellow and it was printing perfectrly well, it passed few weeks after my order arrival when I replaced my cyan cartridge and it colored all my papers in blue even in B&W settings. I contacted the customer support of the comany and they immendiatly replaced the cyan cartridge which was printing perfect. Then few months later I replaced magenta and I got the same issue as with syan: now all my prints are colored with mix of pink and blue, giving the purple back ground on all the printing materials. I never had time to contact the customer service again, so I don't know if they will replace it as well, but at least I hope they will be as friendly as the first time. Therefore my advice to all byuers: replace the whole bulk at once and see how it prints, if case of issues just contact the company and most likely they will react fast and friendly. The replaced cartridge surely will be checked and should not give you anymore headaches. So the great +money saving+great customer service and only - possible leak of some color cartridges.

I got the black cartridge and it was easy plug and play. The toner cartridge came well-packaged and felt full. After shaking to distrubute the toner inside, I installed the cartridge to it's designated slot. Then, ran a cleaning page and a test page. Results were great. Would buy again.

I gave this one star because while the cartridges seemed fine at first, about three weeks in I started seeing blue lines on everything I printed. I opened up the printer and found blue toner spilled all over inside it was a complete mess. I’m not even a heavy user. I just print a few invoices here and there, so it’s not like the printer was under any kind of strain. I’ve used compatible cartridges in the past with no major issues, especially with my old, inexpensive black-and-white HP LaserJet. But this time I really regret it. My HP 452dn isn’t a cheap printer, and now it’s sitting in my garage because cleaning it out and getting it repaired will not be cheap. Yes, original HP cartridges are overpriced, but after this experience, I realize it’s sometimes not worth trying to save a few bucks. I took a chance and ended up ruining a good printer. Definitely won’t make that mistake again.

4 cartridges came in a no nonsense white box. Packaged inside well. It was a little bit tricky to take off the protective plastic and pull the tabs. Some toner was visible around the area. I am pleased to say that the print quality is perfectly acceptable. Very difficult to notice the difference in print quality between this and genuine HP. The supplies page clearly states non genuine HP cartridge but that is fine because it works. Let's hope it lasts the 2100 pages.
