Starting an ayurvedic hair journey and Amla is a staple product for anyone embarking on this herbal hair journey. Ive been adding a tbs to my diy hair mixtures and have seen noticeable difference in my textured high porosity 4b/c hair it feels strengthened from only using from the first time I love it. Good quality Amla powder, it really made my hair soft. Great for mixing well henna or indigo powder gives a nice shine to my hair.

had never heard of Amla but Dr Michael Greger did a video about it and cholesterol, so I'm trying it as a general antioxidant, but crikey am I sleeping well and checked it out and it's a sedative too. A super added bonus. Recommended.

Does wonders for hair growth

At first I was a little hesitant as I had never used a product like this before - but it mixed into a lovely thick paste really easily and wasn’t hard to apply. I imagine you wouldn’t want to make the paste too thin or will most likely dribble down your face! Left it for a while and washed out in the shower. Very happy with the results, my hair was definitely shinier with more volume. The best bit is this effect seemed to last a few days so probably only need a once a week treatment.
