Q: is this battery rechargable?

Yes, you need a Lipo charger for it and you’ll get at least 500 cycles out of it. I have 10 year old lipo batteries that are still at 90% after recharging. I use them on tv airplanes and helicopters with a high current usage. Definitely recommend these ones. The price is great and I already have recharged them at least 50 times.

The 50c rating just means that it can withstand a higher demand of from your motor. It will not hurt your motor

yes, it has the plus and minus with deans connector, and it also has the connector for charging the battery, and adapter for XT60.

Q: Are these batteries supposed to have a high internal resistance numbers like 12-15?

I bought four and mine are all around 9,5, between 9 and 10.
