Works so far!
I have a Samsung oven. It is famous for burning out igniters. After 2 ignitors (and lots of research) I realized it may be the control board so I replaced the control panel (from Samsung) and this ignitor switch because the original igniter switch from Samsung was backordered for a month. It works! I will update if it doesn't work out. But I now have a working oven that hasn't worked for 2 months (during Thanksgiving and Christmas. UGH!) and I'm SO EXCITED!! Great product!

Fit perfectly and oven no longer cycles when heating
TIP: if you have a Samsung oven, pull out your warming drawer to check if the igniter has a one- or two-piece plug. Samsung’s parts list showed the part with a single plug, but my oven had the two plug version. My stove was cycling a lot with loud “woofs” when the gas started and shut off. This part fixed that issue and fit perfectly.

Samsung Gas oven igniter R & R
Supplying Demand had the correct part, shipped it in two days over the Holidays. I received a Brand New Igniter with the correct connectors, packed nicely in foam and boxed for protection. Thank You SD!The following is not related to Supplying Demand!UNPLUG POWER AND TURN OFF GAS!!!The install is complicated by the Manufactorer Samsung, and their design and Hardware choice when building these appliances. I needed to drill out two screws that were seized/frozen to get to and remove the gas supply tube. Change out igniter(make sure to use spacer) and re-installed tube replacing screws I drilled out. Plugged in connectors, replaced warming drawer. Turned gas on, plugged the range in and repositioned in base cabinets. Pressed bake and start for 350. The igniter came on glowing bright and the oven now works again. As for the longevity, time will tell! Thanks Supplying Demand for having the part I needed to get my Samsung Nx58H9500AA/WS oven working again!

Fixed Samsung Range Extremely Slow Heating
The oven in our Samsung Range has been extremely slow to heat up for many months. It would often take over an hour to reach 350 degrees and sometimes would not even make it there. It also had a harder and harder time maintaining temperature in recent weeks. We would also sometimes smell gas (I know - I should have fixed it sooner). My daughter's ruined macaroons was the final straw! After researching probably causes I determined that the igniter was likely the problem. I determined that it was a repair job that I should be able to safely handle. On my range I had to remove the burner to replace the igniter as they were attached and I could not otherwise reach the screws. It took me just under an hour (including some time to clean a little inside the oven). Afterwards I set the oven to 350 degrees and turned it on. I waited a minute to make sure I didn't smell gas and that everything seemed to be working then started cleaning up. Just 3 or 4 minutes after turning it on I noticed that the temperature was already to 225 degrees and quickly rising. Previously it would take maybe 15 minutes to get above 175 degrees! It reached 350 degrees in about 10 minutes . . . and it maintained that temperature! The igniter (which can be easily broken if dropped) was well packaged in a foam "pillow" within a box - though Amazon placed the box loosely in a bag. But, it did arrive undamaged. I cannot speak to it's longevity as I just installed it this morning - but it fixed the problem we were having. Highly recommended.

Do Not Purchase, failed and ruined entire oven
I never write reviews, but this product is so incredibly unsafe, I’d be doing a disservice not to share my experience.Replaced slow/old ignitor in my Samsung oven with the unit listed. Correct model, correct installation, nothing extraordinary to report. 5 minute swap.Ignitor failed 6 minutes into the first heat cycle. Heating element failed at the ceramic resistor, shorted to metal casing, causing massive electrical load, shorting out breaker.Oven non responsive now. Took out main control board, and likely display board.Do not purchase
