They do work but the adhesive is too strong and it makes it a bit hard to take them off.

These will work very well, with one caveat. You cannot put them on right before a workout. I have to put them on the night before I go on a long run. If I do that, I can run a marathon no problem, and I get very sweaty on these extra long runs.If I put them on within an hour of working out, they fall off in less than 5 miles.

Quite simply, these do not work for men. I have a hairy chest and thought that would keep them on but no. They constantly fall off after 1-3 miles into run.

I'm on my fourth order of these and have found no reason to change. They stay on well, even at marathon distance and on hot days. There may be some minor discomfort in pulling them off, but I would expect that with any adhesive product you attach to your skin.

Been using these for 2 yrs now on all my long runs. They go on easy, stay on for my whole run, and come off relatively easily (learned the hard way to them off soon after the run, otherwise the dried sweat and glue make a much tighter seal). Even used them a couple times under thin shirts during a normal day. For reference on fit, my areolas are 1-1/8 inch and they fit comfortably.
