I purchased this as one of the gifts for my 3.5 year old niece. This is a relatively small kit with 7 different art activities, everything uses stickers and a glue stick so its not as messy as other kits, it would be very easy to take something like this with you when bringing your kids on trips or to other peoples houses. This is a nice kit and its a great way to keep kids occupied. I plan to buy another one for my 16 month old son so that we can do some of the activities together.UPDATE: Couldn't wait....Bought another one for my 16 month old. He is obviously too young to do any of the activities independently, but we just “helped” him out a little more and he really enjoyed himself. So far we just did the giraffe. We plan on eventually sending these out to grandparents.

These animal crafts were perfect for my 2 and 4 year olds. We had lots of fun creating animals and they were super easy for them to do independently (with my supervision). Highly recommend for toddlers!

Not the first Alex toys craft kit that I bought. I usually like these kits because they are easy to use and can entertain a child for some time. The glue stick almost never works, so it's like a given. This time, out of 7 projects that were supposed to be in the box, there were only 6. The sticker seal on the box was visibly open and pasted back. I don't have time to return unfortunately, because it's a present.

My 4 yo daughter really liked this set. It came with all the necessary piece (sticks, glue, vibrant cut outs, stickers) for an afternoon of fun. Some of the animals were a bit tricky to glue since some of the sticks were warped, but overall a nice set. There is also a nice pictorial guide to putting the animals together (daughter really enjoyed showing me that she could follow the "directions" all on her own). I did have to help her hold some pieces as she glued and then had to hold them together a bit to make sure they adhered properly, but overall, it was a great craft set for a good price.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this set. I assumed it would be an open-ended set with tons of pieces that I would have to figure out what to do with to help my toddler. I was excited to find neat, well-labeled, and well-instructed individual sets. Fun, unique, and cute. These remove all of the guesswork for busy moms. You need some of these sets in your life, especially during quarantine.

I was looking for some last minute Christmas gifts for my 2 1/2 year old daughter. I’m not the most crafty Mom and one of the positive reviews from a similar Mom caught my eye. I’m so happy with the purchase. This inexpensive all in one kit was perfect. Each project is packaged individually so it was very quick for me to set up.. a blessing in a home where patience is a skill we all need to work in lol. The glue stick is large so it was easy for her little hands. Unlike the other reviews I had no problem with the glue adhesion. As soon as I opened the peacock she said ooh pretty, it’s just filled with vibrant colors. At her age I have to guide a lot but I think my older niece and nephew would be able to do these independently. I’m going to order a bunch more she has some play dates coming up and we’re going on vacation.. these are great for my “on the go bag of tricks”. I would recommend this kit for any animal or safari themed party as well. Well done Alex toys. I haven’t purchased any of your products before but now this is a brand I will seek out.

This kit is cute, the designs were fun and simple for my 4 yr old to complete but a major drawback is the glue stick that comes with it is terrible for holding the sticks together. They all broke apart within a day of making them so we will be buying better glue before we bother putting anymore together.

My 4-year-old son does not usually like doing crafts besides painting and he loved putting the cow together, that was the first one we did. Then he played with it for quite a while. I would totally recommend this to any parent with toddlers or even tweens. It's a fun little thing to do and it takes up just the right amount of time that the kid doesn't get bored. I would like to buy it for a couple of kids but it's out of stock now so I bought it just in time. It's great for craft time now that the kids don't have school for the rest of school year.
