It’s a nice doorbell
It’s a nice doorbell. It has the same doorbell mechanism as all of the other doorbells. I just wish I could’ve hung it sideways, because it’s not wide enough to cover the old doorbell spot. I have to repaint that wall to cover the old doorbell spot I’ve had for a few months now and it still works great.

I purchased this as used, very good condition. It was partially disassembled, only the most basic instruction manual. The cover is very heavy. Looks nice, basic sounding doorbell. Seems a little pricey for what you get.

Cheap chinese crap sold by a company with lousy customer service!!
This product is extremely poor quality. It was received with one of the chimes broken off due to the weak plastic mounting post. The manufacturer could not give me the time of day or arrange a replacement part, so I drilled out the body and re-mounted the chime with a bolt and a few nuts.On the up side, it looks nice from the outside so if you get lucky and get a good unit or don't mind the hassle of exchange it's ok.

Beautiful and lovely chimes
My door chimes in my living room and I needed something that would fit with the decor and colors. I was thrilled when it arrived in perfect condition and was lovely in all aspects. Everyone who has seen it has remarked on how well it works in the room. Chimes are loud enough and pleasant in tone. Love this purchase!
