Clever Crowd-pleaser of a game!
I was on the fence about purchasing this game. It's not typically the type of game that I enjoy. But, after reading the many reviews, it sounded like something that many casual gamers could enjoy and I figured that my family (not big gamers) could easily catch on to it.I've played it numerous times now and it doesn't fail to light up the faces of all that are playing it. There is almost nothing to explain and it's hilarious to get caught up in the frantic series of exchanges that take place especially as the levels increase! The gold that is released from the top of the vault upon a successful game is a real crowd-pleaser and just wants to make you shoot for the next level. To date, we have not yet reached the final bonus level, but this is really a good time and will most definitely be used quite often. If you're ok with a clever little electronic filler game, don't pass this up. It really is fun and most certainly addicting.

We love the game! We don't love how it slides around though. See my suction cup vid!
The media could not be loaded. The game is quick, easy and loads of fun! It's intense with multiple levels of difficulty. There is even a hidden level that is extra challenging. It's a great drinking game for adults as well! The only thing is that the game gets pretty intense and "spazzy" with the button-pushing. So one player always needs to hold it in place. Which isn't really that fun for that person. They should make a wider more stable base. I would give the game 6 stars if they took care of that problem. Anyway, I decided to nerd out and take care of it myself. I superglued some flat pieces of plastic on the bottom and screwed on some suction cups. I probably spent $5 and took 20min. Even when you don't have a clean smooth surface to suction to, the suction cups are a lot more stable. Totally worth it! See video!

Wow! So exciting!!!
The media could not be loaded. We bought this game after hearing about it from Gencon/Board game geek. It is simple to play and the voice walks you through the set up and gives directions for play. Then it is all up to the players to work together as a team to exchange tools, collect money and ultimately bust open the safe --- at which time gold bars shower out from the top of the vault! This game is unlike any we have ever played and is action packed and different every time. It has 5 levels of difficulty and we have made it through level 4 so far. Your heart rate will go up, you'll bust a sweat, and everyone will be high-fiving when the gold pours out! Highly recommended!!!

Quick In, Quick Out - Nobody Gets Hurt... Unless You Make a Mistake and I Punch You.
Honestly, I don't think I've ever played a more adrenaline-pumping, engaging, addicting game in my life. If you're the type of 90s kid who enjoyed time sensitive quick thinking games like Bop It and Simon, this game is for you. You and the other players are working together to open a vault that's loaded with gold, and collecting up to $50 million along the way, carefully following the team leader's (voice inside the vault) instructions to the T.The box says it's for ages 7 and up, which threw me just a little off of the trail, but with 5 different levels and an unlockable level 6, this five minute game kept four 30-somethings engaged literally for hours. Also, pro tip: don't play with someone who has trouble paying attention, or who didn't actually work on the group project in school. You'll end up either shaming them into oblivion or having to silently and resentfully pick up their slack throughout the game.... :)

No strategy or creativity, just pass things around. Also falls over too easily.
I've got two kids, and we were looking forward to getting another cooperative game in the collection. We love playing Forbidden Island where we have to work as a team to solve problems in different scenarios and thought this would be a new take on that. What the game turned out to be was a bit underwhelming. The box just keeps giving you instructions where to pass items and when to press buttons. There's no problem solving or fun twists to the game, it's just the monotony of doing what you're told quickly in order to win. It's also annoying how light the plastic safe is, because when you press the button it tips over quite easily. For adult size hands, you get around this by resting your digits on the top edge while pushing with your thumb. For kids with smaller hands, that's really hard. What's worse, if you reach a little too far on the top edge you end up pushing the lid back down which ruins the jackpot ending if you win the game. Because of this, it makes the game much harder for kids to fumble between tracking their items and then having to drop them to try and press a button with both hands. This is all a bit annoying, but hey - it's a $12 game that's electronic and physically interactive. That's a bargain for what it is. So I'm definitely not going to bad mouth it lower than 3 stars. For the price, it gave us plenty of fun. For gameplay value, $12 seems about right to me. I think it's just not our kind of game to play it repeatedly. If you like this kind of game, it might be great for you. We're all wired differently, and everyone is entertained by different things.

Fun for the whole family
I love that this game can be played solo or with a group, and I also love the different levels of play that add to the challenge. Unlocking the bonus level is just that - a bonus! Super easy to learn and durable parts.
