An amazing replacement cord.
I had a Wacom Intuos 4 since I was 12, and it was the greatest tablet I'd ever had. Unfortunately, it began wearing down and flickering on and off. At firsrt I thought it was the computer, but I checked out the cord and realized the problem- The cord itself was old and the outer casing was beginning to tear away. I knew I had to replace it. The PWR brand did the trick. So far I've had no flickering and the cord practically unravels itself if you're worried of it getting stuck or tied up like the earbud effect. You have 6.5 feet of cord, so if you feel like drawing from the other side of the room, there's literally nothing stopping you from those practical fantasies.Pros- Received in good quality.- Overload protection.- CE/FCC/RoHS certified.- No connection issues/flickering so far.Cons- Not the L shape that some people prefer(to prevent bending),but I find it no different from my previous one.

Great product!
it does exactly what it's supposed to! It's very well made and I'm actually happy with the length, although I was nervous about it at first; mostly wondering what i would do with all that extra cord since I only draw with my tablet right next to me.Wrapping it up and leaving out just enough length on either end to plug into my laptop and tablet at a comfortable length, a simple solution but I didn't think of it until after I used it for a while!Overall I'm very happy with this product- I haven't had any issues thus far and it's been working great for me as a replacement for my original cord.

Saved Me From Spending $105 on Repair
Do not hesitate to buy this! I'm so glad I did as it saved me from spending $105 on Wacom tech support repair. Unfortunately I had let the warranty on my Wacom 5 Intuos tablet expire before I did anything about what I thought was a faulty USB port. Which btw, happened 6 months in with my Wacom 5. Thankfully, I decided to read the reviews on the latest Wacom 6 Intuos and discovered that faulty USB cables have been an ongoing issue with Wacom tablets for quite some time now and something they didn't bothered addressing to fix even in the latest version. So I decided to try this cable to see if it would do the trick and thankfully it did. A bad USB cable directly from Wacom was the problem and this Pwr+ brand solved the issue for 10x's less. Again DO NOT hesitate to buy!

Didn’t work and is not 6.5 feet long
I bought this for my intuos 5 because my current cord is touchy and only works at certain angles. This one didn’t even power my tablet for a single second. Additionally, it was NOT 6.5 feet long. I’m 5’6” and immediately held it up to compare because it looked short in the bag and it’s maybe 6’ long but certainly not a full foot longer than me. That didn’t really bother me because 6.5’ is a bit long anyway, what bothers me is that I bought this specifically for my Wacom tablet and it didn’t work brand new. I was so excited to have a new properly functioning cable to make drawing more comfortable. Really disappointed. :(

Excellent Replacement for Wacom OEM Cable
I bought the cable to use with my Wacom Intuos5. I bought the Pwr+ cable to replace the Wacom OEM cable that came with the tablet which seemed to keep a loose connection to the unit almost as soon as I pulled it out of the box and set it up. The OEM cable simply did not keep a tight connection and was constantly losing connectivity with the tablet which became a major interference with my Photoshop work. So, I decided to buy this replacement cable and it worked as advertised! Connection to my tablet is much firmer and I have not yet lost connection. This Pwr+ cable is thicker than Wacom's OEM cable, and a little stiffer, too, but at 6 feet, it's long enough to arrange it so it's out of the way while working.

Good But Not Durable
update (02/20/22): I had the cord for little over a year before it was finally so frayed it no longer had connectivity and was potentially dangerous to use. If you want a cord to tie you over until you can get a decent one - this cord is great for that. A friend another one of these for me because unfortunately I don't make a lot of money and there aren't many better options for cords for a tablet that is old like this one. It's sad this cord isn't very durable, because it's a perfectly decent cord otherwise in terms of length and connectivity, but the fact that you can't even sneeze in it's direction without the wire cover starting to fray is a severe downside.(original review) I've had this cord for almost 4 months and the base that plugs into the tablet has already frayed and torn, which was the issue with my previous cord that lead to its replacement as it lead to a degradation in the connectivity between the computer and tablet. I don't do any over the top movement with the tablet so I honestly don't know why it would tear so quickly other than thin/cheap materials, so be wary of that when purchasing I suppose.

Good replacement cable for a Wacom Intuos 4 tablet.
I purchased this to replace the original cable I lost. It works as expected and have not experienced any issues. The cable itself is pretty thin but sturdy and it doesn't feel flimsy. IIRC, the OEM cable is a bit thicker. The mini-USB end of the cable connects to my tablet without any problem. There is a bit of wiggle but isn't loose enough to cause any connectivity issues while shuffling/moving/re-positioning the tablet around. I would prefer it to be a more secure & snug fit.My only other gripe with the 6.5ft cable is that I wished it was a tad bit longer. Maybe around 7-8ft long. My computer is situated on my right and I am left handed so the tablet's USB port is on my left making it require a bit more distance to travel. The 12ft cable option is just too long for my use. Other than that, it's a good replacement cable. I would recommend it to anyone looking to replace or keep as a spare.
