Q: Does the outside box of the package of 12 actually show a kosher symbol?

Didn’t actually come in a box. They came as individual packs and I don’t see kosher written on it anywhere

There are 3 ways to buy now: 3 packages (3 of tiny packages sent together) 10 packages(10 tiny packages sent together) 12 packages (12 tiny packages sent together) If you get less packages then you ordered call AMAZON Customer Service they will call you back 1 minute later and either refund you or send you a 2nd order free. Customer Service is always the best way to ask about an order that was shorted.

Q: I see this test less than 15ppm gluten. Is there a reference about gluten in the same facility?

It doesn’t say anything on the packaging except gluten free.

Q: How much potassium in a serving?

In a serving of glass noodles (made w/Sweet potatoes) is 3 mg of potassium which is good. The chemical name for Potassium is Kalium(a salt). Potassium does not retain liquid in the body but it is not a preservative. I like these noodles they make quick healthy and delicious dishes!
