Q: Does it come with the Cat 1 side draft pins to hook to the tractor? Cause mine did not!

Your tractor is a Cat I/II so it should fit. You may need bushings for the pins or you could just replace the pins to fit your needs. All that said, if you are using a quick hitch a which can vary as to what category it is set up for. Regarding the other comment...do you have a front end loader? Every tractor set up will have different weight needs depending on your attachments and what kind of work is being done. The John Deere manual or a dealership will be able to calculate the weight needed.

10 bags of 60lbs of cement plus box = 735lbs

Some of the subcompact tractors lift a small distance but larger tractors, like my deere 3025e (a full compact) will hold it up 19 inches. Just measured it. If you tractor says something like "limited" 3 pt hitch, you may have the problem you describe.
