I absolutely adore this oyster knife. It’s my favourite one I’ve ever used.

I have bought two of these knives in different blade shapes - one for me and one for my wife. We are both experienced oyster eaters and know what we like as far as a good knife. These are the best I’ve ever used. The steel is good, they don’t flex or twist too much when you’re using them for leverage or for twisting the heel, and they look good too. Hell, just last week we went through a bushel each at an oyster roast a lot faster than people with cheap-o knives. I would buy it again, but I won’t have to.

Am I ever glad I got this oyster knife. It has made my life easier. I highly recommend it as the only oyster knife you will ever need. Swiss Army Knife quality!
