Q: Do you need paper wraps or is it optional ?

Definitely need paper wraps! I think it comes with some but depending on the length and thickness of your hair, you really want to have some extras on hand.

Q: mine came with two neutralizer bottles one with a white cap one with a black cap where is the waving lotion?

I had the same problem, I requested a new one and the exact same box came with both neutralizer bottles.. maybe it is what it is?

Q: How long to wait after perm befor coloring?

Hello, I waited about a month before coloring my hair after the perm and it was fine. I do though have very thick course hair if this makes a difference I don't know. I truly did and do love this perm. Hope this helps
