Q: I have received an 8.8000mAh when I ordered 27000mAh ,is the product description incorrect?

It is 98 Wh which irons out any confusion. E.g. If you use 12V at 4A it should last about 2 hours. It states 27,000 mAh at 3.7V which is about 98 Wh. If your unit was 8,800mAh that seems about right for 2 X 12V at 4A each. Don't know if this helps at all.

Q: If the max power output is 6a@12v wouldn't the input dc power supply have to be uprated accordingly, currently is quoted as supplied with2a@12v.

You can update the input charger if you want use our battery as ups

When charging a Li-ion pack it’s essential to have faith in the BMS to manage the cells. This unit is supplied with a standard 2A/12vdc regulated adapter for a good reason.
