Q: can I use it for resin after molding an object?

You can reuse the sand. Just clean off and throw away the burnt parts and remix the clay

Q: Can this be used with molten lead?

Why use lead, health reasons for you, cast in aliumium or pewter.

Q: How many uses would you say the sand lasts? Weve been buying sand from you for years now but our sand just is too dry.

I have used Petrobond for many years. How long it lasts depends on if you overheat and don't through out the burnt sand. You can always add to the Petrobond to keep it moist.

Q: Please explain mesh sizing. I see this is 140, so how does that compare to 130?

140 will be a bit more fine than 130. The finer mesh sizing allows a higher level of detail that can be captured. Thank you!
