Q: I went with the Carlson Elite Omega 3 instead of the Cod Liver. What difference, in the grand scheme of health- cod liver vs anchovy,sardine,mackerel?

The carlson fish oil has a higher concentration of EPA and DHA vs the cod liver oil

Q: Triglycerides, or ethyl esters?

I don't know. There is a site saying the liquid form is tri and another site saying Carlson is ester. I had chosen them for their high quality with regard to Mercury and recommendation from my Naturopath.

Q: Is the vitamin E derived from soy like all the other brnds? Soy is poison so I must know! Thank you.
