This is the perfect size for working out. My husband has bees using this medicine ball to do total body workout at home. It’s not too heavy but still leaves you sore after using it. It hasn’t leaked. It is soft enough to get a good grip on it and easy to use. It is good for overall body workout and core strength training.

I bought the 8-lb. ball. The ball is made to be slightly squishable (but retains most of its roundness), which makes it easier to hold onto. It's vinyl, making it easy to wipe clean, and best of all, after my first half-hour workout with it, my muscles ached and I felt great.
