Q: can i get my money back, strap are very bad

I just hang mine on the shift handle in the front. But you can snap it apart and hang it in the back just as the picture shows. I love mine, it is easy to empty from the bottom

Q: How do you clean this product? Can you wipe down or put in the washing machine?

I don't know about putting it in a washing machine, although I don't see why not, but it can easily be wiped clean. I've had one in my car for many years and never had to clean it; just had to empty it periodically.
