Q: Can you fit 4x6 photos in these? Ive seen older reviews that said they dont.. I just want to make sure before i buy like 20 packs. Thanks

By what the manufacturer states they are made for 4x6 photos have never had any complaints or returns saying they won’t fit

Q: So are these made from heavy duty plastic? Not sure what a micron is. Top loading also??

I'm not sure what you mean by "heavy duty". A micron is a measure of the plastic's thinkness. I use these sleeves for archival storage of original photo prints after I have scanned and cataloged a (school, vacation, family gathering etc.) photo I want keep from being "finger printed" due to handling. I don't consider these sleeves as "flimsy". They fit nicely into archival photo storage boxes for permanent storage as I migrate toward using the scanned images for distribution and sharing rather than the original photo prints.
