BAD Fluidhead. Not recommended.
I have used professional video tripods like Manfrotto, I know how a fluidhead should work. The whole idea of a Fluidhead video tripod is smooth pan and tilt, and the main component -the Fluidhead - is defective and does not offer smooth pan and the Fluidhead screws off when trying to rotate the head. You'd be disappointed. I know vodeo tripods are not cheap but it's better to save and buy a good and reliable one. At the end of the day all you should care about is smooth footage.

Surprisingly great quality! Minor issues
The media could not be loaded. I was in between this one or a more expensive Manfrotto. I was sold on this one because of the cheaper price and it converts into a monopod. This tripod is very good quality! Its mostly metal except for the notches, which are hard quality plastic. Its very sturdy and the fluid head gives smooth, nice pans and and tilts. Works great with my GH5. I definitely recommend it over spending extra for a name.My only issues are:-Its light enough to be portable but a little to heavy and bulky to carry with your backpack. (It comes with a VERY nice carrying bag made with thick, quality material). I'd say about 50% of the weight is from the fluid head. Its very big and bulky. I would just use the bag it comes with instead of trying to carry it with a camera bag/backpack.-As you can see in the video, the handle that I got is a little lose and turns. Something I may be able to fix.-The rubber ends on the legs are cool because they are flexible. But I think over time, these can become lose and pop off to be lost. If this happens, the tripod will be unusable. It would be a nice touch if it came with replacements.-The thing I was most sold on was the monopod. But it doesn't come with the legs for it. The ad says sold separately, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Seems like Coman stopped selling it on its own. This is a big necessity. I'm gonna have to find a 3rd party stand that hopefully fits.4.5/5 stars

Pretty Good!
This is a really smooth tripod. Get this for video, go for something else for photography. This tripod appears to be about as solid as a Manfrotto, without the name and possibly without the same level of quality control. I unboxed mine, let it get to room temp and then tested out each feature. I used blue Locktite on any threaded connection I want to remain in place. Then I placed my camera rig on it and tested its motion. My rig has a little too much weight towards the top for the self return property of the vertical pan, but thats okay. Most panning is along the horizontal plane anyways.I can tell the first parts to break eventually are the locks for adjusting and hold the leg position. They are plastic when Manfrotto uses powdered sintered metal, which is really only one step up, machined aluminum is stronger. If you get the same product I got, you will be very happy with it!
