Q: The push clip buckles don't tighten enough, & snap buckles broke on the freeway, is there any way to buy replacements for the quick slide snap ones ?

Would honestly be cheaper to buy a new one I would imagine, I don’t currently have that problem so maybe try a different angle on your straps? Maybe they need to be a certain way to keep tight, I have mine crossed instead of straight to the other side

Q: How do you put it on the tank?

It's not really a tank bag but the straps go under the seat. It takes some playing around if you don't have a rack. (I don't have one)
