This book really gets into the nitty gritty of prepping meals to bulk up muscle and cutting down, even has Bulking & Cutting meal plans going from 3500-4000 to steadily lowering down to 1500-2000 calories. It contains loads of recipes including pre-workout smoothies & pre & post-workout meals on top of Breakfast, Meats, Veggies & Sides, Fish & Seafood, Poultry, Salads, Snacks & Power Bars, Desserts & Shakes, Soup, Sandwich & Wraps, Sauces, Dressing and Rub.On top of explaining how to properly meal prep, it also goes over why you'll need supplements, how to compartmentalize your body parts, what to eat & how to eat to bulk up muscle, goes over the different body types including Ectomorph (which means skinny and struggle to gain weight), Mesomorph (naturally fit with wide shoulders, muscular belly, slender waist, thin joints) and Endomorphs (Wider hips, thick rib cage and short limbs but with high amounts of body fat), In-betweeners that are a mix of these, and undereaters, the basal metabolic rate and how you need to get on that immediately, etc.If you're looking to try and meal prep and bulk up, you can try out this book and build some muscle.

A key guide to getting the body you want!
This is an amazing cookbook for anyone looking to bulk up and get that perfect body. It walks you through the science of how to bulk up safely. It goes through what foods are important to focus on and what type of calories. It is full of meal plans that include shopping lists and great recipes. It helps you set the goals you want to achieve and then helps you achieve them. It helps you pick the correct exercise routine for you goals as well!

The recipes are good.
The recipes are good. It tells you how many calories and macros are in each meal so you can know which ones you need every single day to meet your goals whether it's to lose weight or build muscle. The only reason it's getting 4 stars is because they don't have pictures to show what the meals look like. Overall, a good book.

Very insightful Info
Really well written book. Bit of a cheap print job but if you’re wanting great detailed info about meal prepping and caloric intake in regards to losing weight or gaining muscle then grab this book. Slightly disappointed that there are no pictures of the meal prep examples in the book but hey, that’s what an imagination is for.

It’s in black and white..
Returning because the recipes don’t have any images and the images it does have are all in black and white. Unfortunately I’m not that impressed with the recipes either. They seem easy though, so I guess if you want an easy to follow meal plan this isn’t bad. Just not what I was expecting

One day of meal plans repeated 7x is not a week of meal plans
I bought this book because it said it offered several weeks of meal plans and prepping instructions. The meal plans are just 1 day of meal plans repeated 7x. Even worse they put these into a week long grid that takes up 1-2 pages. It’s the same thing repeated every day… Why do you need to print it 7x???*Having said that, after trying a few of the recipes the book definitely has some redeeming qualities

Missing a lot of instructions
Many of the recipes sound great. There are quite a few though that sound amazing, have great ingredients, but the entire instructions section is missing.
