Q: What is the actual size? How many stored?

Size (L x H): 19" x 25.19" Fits my kick board, 1 set of fins, 1 pull buoy. and pull paddles. Outside pickets fits water bottle, swim cap and goggles with room for smaller items (ear plugs, audio device, ect.)

Q: What are the dimensions of this item?

16x 24 as an approximation. I can easily fix a kick board, snorkel and a pullbuoy. The side pouch for my goggles and the front zipper for swimsuit and ear plugs.
