Why did you pick this product vs others?:Love me some OXO design !! Great product with so many uses , I bought multiple for home, for work, for my parents, for friends etc. Makes a great, albeit practical, house warming gift lol.

I can't express how much I love this tool. I have a housecleaning business and this duster is invaluable to me for the incredible extendability and the effectiveness of the different heads. Each one gets plenty of use and it is easy to clean afterwards. The fan cleaning attachment is the best because it will get every speck of dust off both sides of the fan blades. The round attachment is wonderful for cleaning vents with caked on dirt and I recently discovered that it is also perfect for cleaning off dusty baseboards and the long handle eliminates back strain. My cleaning partner said it actually makes cleaning baseboards fun, if you can imagine that. Highly recommend!!

A versatile cleaning product. Having a cat who sheds I clean everything from ceilings and work down to floor. This OXO Goodgrips 3-in-1 extendable long reach duster. has cleaned cat hair, I am able to reach ceiling of garage to clean spider webs, clean the tops of kitchen cabinets and a washable product. No regrets on purchasing this product.

I LOVE that the duster head stays rigid when I am dusting the really high ledges in my house. It really gets the dust OFF!! I am celebrating not having to beg window cleaners to do this. I can do it myself, easy peasy! Now for the sad part :(((( I can’t push those damn little buttons together to change tools. So for $50 bucks I got ONE tool, because I am never going to be able to get the duster off the wand. I want to cry. My thumbs aren’t strong enough. So guys, the duster is great. The other stuff, for cob webs and the ceiling fan. I will never know…

This is a good idea and it worked for 6 weeks. Then the plastic broke in the pole and it is useless. I wrote to the company and they did not respond at all. Too bad, because i liked the product. But for $45 it better last longer than 6 weeks. DO NOT BUY!!!!!Original review below:This practically eliminates the need for a ladder. The pole extends in 2 places and the end piece can be straight or angled. Works great for ceiling fans, AC vents, baseboards, walls, ceilings and more.

I don't know whether to return this or try to contact OXO. The pole is great. The duster is great and works better than anything I've tried, but the two hard bristle brushes arrived with one side completely squashed by the packaging. They are unusable. I hate to return it and try again because I expect the bristles will arrive unusable again, but I think that's what I'm going to have to do.

Good value for the money. This will last a long time and do a great job in a home environment. We've gone through quite a few of these at our small business where they get a much heavier usage and take more of a beating. We've also had several in our home that have broken over the last 8 years. These are as good as many of the industrial and commercial ones and definitely better than any of the other household ones I've found. The ones we've found that are better cost a couple hundred dollars by the time you buy all the pieces, which always seem to be priced separately.Summary: If you are looking for something for commercial or industrial usage where it's going to take a serious beating, then buy the really heavy duty ones (worth the couple hundred dollars, I promise). If you're looking for lighter (ordinary) usage in your home or business, this will be your best bet.
