These were the perfect pick for my 3 girls (ages 6-9) to take in their backpacks on our latest vacation. Light weight, small(ish) size, perforated pages, spiral bound so they stay open to the page of your choosing, decently thick paper. I gave one to each along with a box of mini markers or crayons and they were set for entertainment when waiting at the airport or in restaurants, etc. Will definitely buy again.

I've purchased these a few times now and will continue to do so. These are geared for kids and they work great for them but I also like them for myself, lol. My son and I like to doodle and draw and these are sized perfectly so we can take them with us on a walk or ride. Also are nice for pasting in pictures from magazines and things. Work well with colored pencils and pastels or crayon also. Sharpie markers bleed through some so you can only use one side of the paper if you use those but the Paper Mate felt tips don't bleed through too much if you use a light hand. Its a great little art journal at reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

My kids favorite books for drawing or whatever you need them for. We take them to church so they can color and perfect for on the go.

Got these to go with some super bold crayons, and I love the thickness of the paper. The size is perfect for my toddler to have some autonomy while coloring in her high chair. She can move the pages by herself and be creative! Melissa and Doug have done it again. Will definitely purchase more.

I’m a newly stay at home mom, and need to get out of the house sometimes. I try not to do screens when we’re out, so I bought these pads to keep the two year old entertained. He absolutely loves them. They’re easy to pack in a backpack, pages are easy to turn by himself, and four is great for the price. Crayons and markers work well; no bleeding through pages or accidental tearing from vigorous coloring.

I work in a school and with Covid we are no longer supposed to share supplies so I bought all my own art supplies for art class (I prefer not to even share paper because those kids can be gross). The small size helps because I keep this in my backpack all the time in case I need it. Watercolor paint does leak thru a single sheet of paper but dries quickly so don't draw on both sides if you plan to paint. I was hoping these would be think enough for painting as I never know what medium we will be using in art that day. Even my 5 year old loves these. Great size for small children and easily tare out to hang on the fridge. I will buy more for work and home.
